Overview of Bistro Hospitality Training
Each member of our group specializes in a different area of expertise, ranging from Kitchen, food and beverage service, bar service, housekeeping and Reception. This ensures that the students enrolled in each course will be taught by an instructor who has specialized in that particular department.
We provide tailored On the Job Training to Establishments in need of staff development, this can be conducted collectively catering for all departments and incorporating cross Training, alternatively each member of our team can be brought in on an individual basis catering for each department’s requirements separately.
All training is based on practical tutelage with theoretical support. Thus giving students the much needed hands on experience that is required to be successful in the work place.
We structure our training by acknowledging the unique Namibian issue of distance and education levels. We also travel outside of main centers, offering training to small groups of employees and public on a very practical level and ensure the trainees are skilled enough to be employed. This means they train on site, utilizing the employers’ equipment and venue.
All Members have qualified in Training level 4 and Level 5 through the Namibian Training Authority as Facilitators, Assessors, Moderators and course Developers and therefore are capable of presenting training to standards expected by the Namibian Training Authority.
